A native of Guan Hui, China. He found his passion in cooking, studying techniques at the Lao Ning Culinary School with the emphasis on Szechuan/Sichuan cuisine.

 

Hired at prestigious hotel restaurants in China, he then landed in St. Petersburg, Russia cooking for ambassadors and other top level government officials. Eventually, the USA became his new home, where he proudly showcases his spicy, numbing flavors in Atlanta, GA.
